What are the shipment costs?

Orders under 50 CHF:
Shipping costs within Switzerland are CHF 3.95 for orders up to a value of CHF 50.

Free Shipping:
Standard shipping is free for orders over CHF 50.

Premium Shipping:
For those who can’t wait, we offer Premium shipping (1-2 business days) for CHF 6.95.

Standard Shipping (Switzerland):
Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Premium Shipping (Switzerland):
With our premium option, your order arrives faster – within just 1-2 business days.

Please note that public holidays may extend the delivery time accordingly.

Under certain conditions, items can be returned.

Returns are accepted if the products are in their original packaging and the return request is made via email.

Please report any issues or defects within 14 days of receiving your order.In general, there is no right to return products, especially if they were ordered by mistake or due to misunderstandings. However, we are happy to assist and find a suitable solution together in such cases.Please note that any shipping costs incurred by us for returns will either be charged to you or deducted from the refund amount.
